1. Order Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order without any charges up to 10 minutes after placing it. After this time frame, cancellations may not be possible as our team may have already started preparing your food.

b. Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Order: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will either arrange for the correct order to be delivered to you or issue a refund.

  • Quality Issues: If you believe the quality of the food you received does not meet your expectations or if there is an issue with the taste or preparation, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us to inquire about the status of your order. In cases of severe delays, we may issue a refund or provide a credit for your next order.

2. Refund Process:

a. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@little-italy.co.uk 

b. Our customer support team will review your request and may request additional information, such as photographs or order details, to assess the situation.

c. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

a. Change of Mind: We are unable to issue refunds for orders where customers have simply changed their minds or ordered the wrong items.

b. Delayed Deliveries Due to Customer Unavailability: If we attempt to deliver your order but are unable to do so due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information provided by you, a refund may not be issued.
